tapioca pearls?
oh yeah - I'm bingsy, and I bounced over her from the sew mama sew pool, where I lurk actually.

this bowl of little lovelies is filled with tapioca pearls - those big chewy bits in bubble tea! One fo our favorite treats we are now making them here at home & adding them to fruit smoothies!

Awesome! Do you buy them locally or do you order them? I was looking into buying some online a while ago because Molly would absolutely love them. I was gonna order tbe big fat straws to go with them. So fun. I haven't seen the colored ones.
I do get them locally at an Asian foods store...I need to find the straws though - right now we are using a tube from a giant pixie stick!
You had me stumped, but living in the sticks will do that to you. Are they fruit flavored- they look fun.

I thought they were Skittles soaked in water :) I have no idea what tapioca pearls are - how interesting!
