I LOVE the latest line from Heather Bailey at Freespirit - the colors are so vibrant, refreshing palate, fabulous designs....I set out to create a design that would work for girls of all ages - I was inspired to try some pintucks after following my friend Geeta's blog aptly named Pintuck!
